Steps to create balance
If you live in a city, you may need to visit a park daily, spend weekends in the country, and/or take regular vacations to more serene environments. If you live in a rural environment, you may find that occasional trips to the city are a necessary form of stimulation. If you lead a sedentary life-style with a great deal of mental focus, you may need regular vacations to an environment that provides physical challenge and spiritual attunement, such as skiing or river rafting.
